Sustainable Gaps

Privacy

Clear expectations for website information.

The website asks only for enough information to begin a conversation. Sensitive operating records belong in an appropriate client workspace, not a public form.

What the form collects

Name, organization, email, role, and the information you choose to provide about an operating issue.

What not to submit

Do not send patient information, classified material, trade secrets, credentials, or other confidential records through the website form.

Where a submission goes

Website requests are sent to Sustainable Gaps for direct follow-up. Form content is not sold or added to an advertising list.

How submissions are protected

The contact service uses a one-way hash of the request network address for short-window abuse limits. The rate-limit record contains the hash, a request count, and a reset time rather than the raw address.

How client work is handled

Website submissions are separate from client implementations. Client work product remains in client-controlled systems; the written scope identifies access, retention, and handoff before records or system access are provided.

What analytics measure

Google Analytics measures site use in aggregate. Form content is not sent to analytics.
