Teams
Front door for people and conversation. General stays a lobby, not a dump.
Built by Sustainable Gaps
SG installs a clear operating structure in Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, and Power Automate so status, files, and responsibilities stop living in chat and personal inboxes. Azure supports the backend when the work requires it, while Microsoft Entra controls access.
The problem
Many organizations already fund Microsoft 365 and Azure, then still run work through scattered chats, inboxes, file links, and side tools. Leaders cannot quickly see the current record, next responsibility, or evidence of completion.
Before recommending another subscription, SG tests whether the tools already on the bill can carry the work once responsibilities, records, status, and request routing are organized.
Front door for people and conversation. General stays a lobby, not a dump.
File room for current records, templates, and deliverables.
Owner, due date, and status for the next action.
Capture a work request and route it where ownership is clear.
What SG builds
The template is implemented in the client's Microsoft environment. SG configures the front door, task motion, file room, and request routing, then hands the system to the people who own the work.
A branded Teams home page so a first-time user knows where to begin in under thirty seconds.
Planner buckets for new requests, today, this week, waiting, and done.
Functional SharePoint folders with owners—not repeated company-name sprawl.
A submitted form writes a list row, posts a channel card, and opens a Planner task.
Product demo
SG maintains a demo-safe Showcase workspace for walkthroughs. It mirrors the operating pattern without exposing internal pipeline data or client records.
Teams is the front counter. SharePoint is the file room. Planner carries ownership. Forms, Lists, and Power Automate route new work into the right channel instead of leaving it in personal email.
Optional layers—Teams Phone, Power BI, Loop, Whiteboard, and Azure-backed services—attach only when they strengthen the same operating model.
What remains with the client
Sustainable Gaps does not ask the organization to hand its operating record to an SG-owned software platform when Microsoft 365 and Azure can carry the work. The template is built to be owned, repeated, and improved after each engagement.
Security and information control
SG builds inside the client's existing approved Azure and Microsoft 365 environment. The client never surrenders ownership or control of its work product: it stays inside that boundary, under the client's complete oversight, and is not transferred into an SG-owned SaaS platform.
Initial consultation
There is no cost for the initial consultation. SG will ask practical questions and explain whether an owned-workspace implementation is the right next step.
